As group chief executive officer of the company, Sanuj leads the diversified group across Africa and the Middle East.

Sanuj began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 20 during university in the UK, where he co-founded Laser & Electronics Middle East LLC (now LEME Group) with his late father in 2006. Since then, he has been the driving force in developing the group’s corporate strategy in line with its ambitious growth plans across all its platforms globally.

A British national, Sanuj was educated in Kenya and the UK, where he graduated in business administration and human resource management from Keele University. He is a Harvard Business School Alumni, having graduated from the Owner President Management (OPM) program and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Nairobi and Dubai chapters.

Haris joined LEME Group in 2011 as technical engineering assistant and worked his way up to become group general manager in 2019. With his longstanding experience and knowledge of the businesses, he has been instrumental in the growth of LEME Group across various verticals. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects of a business, including budgeting resources, finances, developing strategies to improve efficiency and increase profits, as well as administrative duties.Haris is an electronics and communication engineer from Mahatma Gandhi University in India.
